We like the Missouri State Bears to defeat the Illinois Chicago Flames on Tuesday at 8:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Missouri State is 7-8 overall, but is 5-2 at home this season.

The Bears are 8-5 versus the spread this year as well.

They are also averaging 8.6 steals a game which could cause disturbance to the UIC offense.

Illinois Chicago has been slightly better overall, but are just 2-18 over their L20 games played in the month January.

The Flames also have lost four straight meetings between these two teams.

We think that MOST will treat this game as a must win game as it can't afford to drop to 0-4 in conference play.

We like the Pittsburgh Panthers to cover the spread against the Duke Blue Devils on Tuesday at 7:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Pittsburgh is an underrated team. Its 12-2 this season and isn't getting any respect.

The Panthers are 14-5 versus the spread over their L19 games.

They are also 7-1 over their L8 games against ACC opponents.

Duke has failed to cover the spread in each of the L5 meetings between these two teams at Coach K Court.

We think Pitt covers this one too.

St. John's is averaging 81.9 points a game this season, playing at a fast pace.

The Red Storm have seen the total go OVER in 14 of their L22 games played on the road.

Xavier is averaging 79.5 points a game this season, shooting a very good percentage from the three point line.

The Musketeers have seen the total go OVER in seven of their L8 games played in the month of January.

The OVER is also 5-2 over the L7 meetings between these two teams.

We think this one is going to be a shootout.

The Canucks are 10-4 over their L14 games played against teams from the Atlantic Division in the Eastern Conference.

They've also beaten the Canadiens in five of their L6 meetings.

Montreal is just 5-10 over its L15 games played against teams from the Pacific Division in the Western Conference.

The Canadiens have also only won 16 of 39 games played as the betting underdog this season.

We like Vancouver to win this game and get back on track.

East Texas A&M average just 63.5 points a game which is 12th worst among Division One programs.

The Lions have scored less than 62 points in back-to-back games now.

They are also shooting just 41.1% from the field this season which is one of the worst as well.

Nicholls State should win this game, but don't score all that much either.

The Colonels average just 73.5 points a game with an 8-6 record.

They've scored less than 73 points in five straight games against Division One teams.

We think Nicholls will start slow leading this game to finish UNDER the total.

We like the Minnesota Vikings @ Detroit Lions to finish OVER the total on Sunday at 8:20pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Minnesota has averaged 31.5 points a game over its L4 games this season.

The Vikings have seen the total go OVER in four their L6 games.

They've also seen their games finish OVER in 7 of their L8 games played within their own division - NFC North.

Detroit is averaging 33.3 points a game throughout this season, ranking them 1st in the NFL.

The Lions have seen the total go OVER in 5 of their L6 games this year.

Each of the L6 games between these two teams have finished OVER.

We know this is one of the biggest totals that we've seen this season. But, it's for a good reasons. This one goes OVER.

Toronto is 25-13-2 this season, leading the way in the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference.

They've also won eight of the L9 games played against Phildelphia.

The Flyers are also just 2-5 over their L7 games played away from home this season.

We know Toronto hasn't been good on the second night of back-to-backs. This is the time for them to wake up.

New Orleans is averaging less than 20 points a game this season.

The Saints have seen the total stay UNDER in each of their L5 games.

Five of their L6 games played against opponents from the NFC have finished UNDER as well.

Tampa has shut teams down over its L3 wins. In those games, they are allowing an average of just 14.66 points a game.

Over the L6 meetings between these two teams, five of them have stayed UNDER.

Tampa should be prepared for this game defensively. A win puts them in the playoffs without any scare.

Saint Mary's has been getting better and better on defense as conference play has begun.

Over their two games within the conference so far, the Gaels have given up 101 points (50.5 average.)

The Gaels have seen the total finish UNDER in seven of their L10 games this season.

Portland is much better defensively than offensively as well.

The Pilots are averaging just over 71 points a game, and that's against very weak competition for the most part.

They have seen the total go UNDER in 18 of their L32 games.

The total has also stayed UNDER in eight of the L12 games between these teams.

We see this one staying below the number.

We like the Nebraska Cornhuskers to defeat the UCLA Bruins on Saturday at 2:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Nebraska is 7-0 at home this season and look like one of the best teams in the Big Ten. 19 home wins in a row.

The Cornhuskers are 5-0 straight up and versus the spread over their L5 games.

UCLA has only played one game this season on the road. This will be a tough task for them.

The Bruins are 1-4 against the spread over their L5 games within the Big Ten.

We think the unranked home team wins this game against the ranked road team.

We like Leicester City @ Aston Villa to finish OVER the total on Saturday at 10:00am ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Leicester City has hit a bit of a rough patch in terms of winning games. Now in a relegation spot, every game counts and Leicester need to take even more chances.

The Foxes have given up at least two goals in eight of their L9 matches.

Eight of their L9 games have also seen at least three combined goals.

Aston Villa like to score goals and this is the game for them to start getting that going again.

Each of the Villans' L5 games have seen three or more goals.

This one goes OVER the total.

We like the Oklahoma City Thunder to defeat the New York Knicks on Friday at 8:10pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

New York has won nine straight games but still is a decent sized underdog tonight.

Why? Because the Knicks have trouble against the Thunder.

Over their L15 games against them, they are just 4-11 versus the spread. (1-5 straight up over the L6.)

Oklahoma City has won eight games in a row themselves.

The Thunder are 5-0 over their L5 games against Eastern Conference teams.

We think OKC wins this one by double digits.

Xavier has seen the the total stay UNDER in 13 of its L16 games since last season.

The Musketeers are also 4-10 towards the UNDER so far this year.

They don't rebound the ball well, so there shouldn't be many second chances for them.

The UNDER is a perfect 6-0 over the L6 Georgetown games.

The Hoyas have also seen their own team total stay UNDER in 18 of their L32 contests.

Georgetown has one of the best defenses in College Basketball through two months.

We believe that good defense will be shown heavily tonight.

The Canucks are 10-4-2 on the road this season. That's significantly better than their home record.

Seattle is six points behind Vancouver with two more games played.

The Kraken are not playing well either right now having lost two of their L7.

They are also just 1-4 over their L5 versus opponents in their own division (pacific.)

We will go with the underdog road side tonight.

We like the Northern Colorado Bears to defeat the Weber State Wildcats on Thursday at 8:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Northern Colorado is 7-5 this season. UNCO has won 80% of its games at home this season.

Since last year, the Bears are 13-3 over their L16 games played at home.

Weber State is 6-8 this season and is winless against the spread over its L5 games.

The Wildcats are just 1-7 versus the spread over their L8 games played away from home.

They are also 1-4 against the spread against opponents from the Big Sky Conference.

We like the Georgia Bulldogs to defeat the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Wednesday at 8:45pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

If the season finished after the conference championships, Georgia would've most likely been one of the top two teams considering it beat Texas twice.

The Bulldogs are a perfect 7-0 over their L7 games played against teams that are "independent."

They are also 8-1 over their L9 games this season.

Notre Dame has been good this season, but really have trouble in January games. Over its L11 games played in this month, ND is 1-10.

Even without their QB and with the game being postponed until today, we see the Bulldogs out muscling the Irish in this night game.

New Jersey average 3.33 goals a game, with a very good power play percentage over 30%.

The Devils have seen six or more goals in each of their L3 games this season.

Los Angeles/New Jersey have gone two games in a row with more than six goals when playing against each other in Los Angeles.

The Kings have now seen back-to-back very high scoring games.

Both teams have had more UNDER's this season. But, this one goes OVER the total.

We like the Boston College Eagles to defeat the Miami Florida Hurricanes on Wednesday at 12:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Boston College is 8-4 this season and has looked very good this season.

The Eagles are 7-1 versus the spread over their L8 games against Miami at home.

Miami Florida should not be the favorite at 4-8 this season.

The Hurricanes are now 0-6 over their L6 games played on the road.

They are also 0-11 over their L11 conference games since last year.

We like BC to win as the small home dog.

Nevada was away from home on Saturday, but is now back at home today where its 6-2 on the season.

The Wolfpack are 14-5 over their L19 games played in the month of December.

They are also a better shooting team than the Aggies, by percentages.

Utah State has been impressive. But, we don't think that it can win its third hard road game in a row.

Last season in their only game against each other, Nevada won by 14 on the road.

We like the Penn State Nittany Lions @ Boise State Broncos game to finish OVER the total on Tuesday at 7:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Penn State blew the roof off in their opening playoff game versus SMU, scoring 38 points.

The Nittany Lions are much more dangerous this season in the passing game, not just running, which is why they score a lot more points. That's also the reason for being double digit favorites today,

The Nittany Lions have seen the total go OVER in four of their L5 games now.

Boise State loves to score. The Broncos average 39.1 points a game, which is top three in the country.

Ashton Jeanty believes he got robbed of the Heisman. Needing 131 more yards to break Barry Sanders' record for most rushing yards ever in a season, he should get that today and some.

The Broncos won't make this game easy for PSU. We think a high scoring game is on the cards.

This game will go OVER.

UC Irvine has not been the same as it was earlier this season, but still are 10-2 this season.

Cal Baptist is 7-6 this season, and will be worried about this game. This is the Lancers' last non conference game, against a very tough opponent. 

The Lancers are just 1-7 against the spread over their L8 games played at home.

They are also 0-8-1 versus the spread over their L9 games played against opponents from the Big West Conference.

They've also won straight up and covered versus the spread in five games in a row against the Grizzlies.

Memphis is playing very well this season, but has way too many injuries.

The Grizzlies are without Morant, Aldama, Smart and more for this game.

Dallas is scoring a lot more now that Cooper Rush has had a few games to get settled in.

Since week 12, the Cowboys are averaging 27.4 points a game.

They have seen the total go OVER in five of their L6 games.

Philadelphia lost because of a missed catch by Devonta Smith last weekend (33-36.)

The Eagles are a run first team. But, they still score lots of points.

Six of the L8 games between these two teams have finished OVER the total.

We think that this one will go OVER this total as well.

Buffalo had their scare last week against New England. Buffalo won't want to let the more talented Jets do the same.

The Bills have won seven straight games played at home.

They are also perfect - 6-0 - against AFC opponents over their L6.

New York hasn't performed up to its standards this season. NYJ won't be able to handle the Bills.

The Jets are just 3-9 versus the spread over their L12 games this year.

We like the Army Black Knights to defeat the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs on Saturday at 9:15pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Army is not happy about losing the Navy/Army game back two weekends ago. The Black Knights will respond this weekend.

They still went 11-2 this season and averaged 10+ points more than LA Tech did this season.

The Black Knights have played against the Bulldogs twice before. They won and covered versus the spread in both games, fairly easily.

Louisiana Tech went 5-7 this season and are lucky to even be here after Marshall withdrew.

The Bulldogs are 2-5 over their L7 games played against opponents from the AAC.

Army will prove to be too much to handle for them here tonight.

The Cardinals have a solid defense and held the Rams to just 10 points when they met earlier this season.

They have seen the total finish OVER in three straight games, making this total higher than it should be.

The Rams are only averaging 21.9 points a game which is low considering that they are the sizable favorite.

Los Angeles has seen the total go UNDER in five of its L6 games played as the betting favorite.

We think that this one stays UNDER the high total as well.

Suffering a bad defeat at home won't faze the Gaels. They are still one of the best teams on the West Coast in College Basketball.

St. Mary's is 10-3 this season, and have won 15 over its L17 games played at home.

The Gaels have also covered versus the spread in eight of their L10 conference games inside of the WCC.

Pacific is just 5-9 this season and is winless away from home. In fact, Pacific has lost 18 straight games on the road.

The Tigers have lost 10 games in a row against St. Mary's.

They are also just 1-7 against the spread over their L8 WCC games.

We think this one ends in a demolition.

Los Angeles is on a two game losing streak right now. But, LA has scored an average of more than three goals a game this season and so has Edmonton.

Boston is in a small slump right now losing back-to-back games. This is a good chance for them to score a lot of points against a Pacers team that likes to play fast.

The Celtics shoot a lot of 3-pointers which well help this game have lots of scoring.

We like this game to be high scoring.

We like the Carolina Hurricanes to defeat the New Jersey Devils on Friday at 7:07pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Carolina hasn't been all that great in the month of December. We think that the Christmas Break was needed for Carolina.

The Hurricanes still are in striking distance of the lead in the Metropolitan. A win here would go a very long ways.

Carolina is 6-1 over its L7 games played against New Jersey.

New Jersey has played a lot of games this season. Three more than Carolina.

The Devils are much better this season, but are still 42-43 over their L85 games since last year.

We think that Carolina gets the best of New Jersey this Friday.

Atlanta is back on track now after beating Minnesota in its last game. ATL is .500 on the season now.

The Hawks are 8-4 over their L12 games played this season.

Chicago is off back-to-back losses and is now 13-17 this year

The Bulls are not playing very well and could see some major changes happen before February's trade deadline.

They are just 2-5 versus the spread over their L7 games.

We're going to side with the home team that has much more going for them right now after their NBA Cup Semi's appearance.

Nebraska is 9-2 this season with big wins over Indiana and Creighton.

They've also won back-to-back games played against Oregon State.

ORST has a 10-2 record, but really had trouble against Oakland on Monday (went to OT.)

The Beavers have been great against the spread this year, but are just 2-9 over their L11 games versus non ranked opponents on a neutral court.

They are also a much slower paced team than Nebraska and will be forced to speed up and play at NEB's pace.

We think that Nebraska's had a much tougher schedule so far and that will help them take home the Diamond Head Classic Championship.

We like the Houston Texans to cover the spread against the Baltimore Ravens on Wednesday at 4:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Houston got some terrible news that Tank Dell is done for the year. The team now plays for Dell, for the remainder of the season.

That should light a fire under QB CJ Stroud, who is very good friends with Dell.

The Texans are 7-2 over their L9 games played at home as well.

Baltimore has looked good in back-to-back games. But, the Ravens do not have a good pass defense this season.

The Ravens will give up points today and we think that home field plays a part this week.

San Antonio has a winning record this season. The Spurs are playing much better than one would expect.

The Spurs are 5-2 versus the spread over their L7 games againsts opponents from the Atlantic Division in the East.

New York is hot right now, but has had trouble against the spread vs the Spurs.

Over their L9 games against each other, the Knicks are just 3-6 vs the spread.

They are also just 2-7 against the spread over their L9 games against opponents from the Southwest Division in the West.

We think San Antonio could pull off the upset on Xmas Day, but will most definitely keep it within single digits!

Indiana isn't scoring as many points as the team did last season, but still have been seeing a lot of games finish OVER.

Over the Pacers L51 games, 32 of them have finished OVER the total.

Although the L3 games have gone UNDER between these two teams, all three of them would have gone OVER with this number as the total.

The Warriors are playing better defense lately. But, the OVER is still 4-1 over their L5 games against the Eastern Conference.

Against teams from the Central Division, the OVER is 12-5 their L17 games.

We think this one finished OVER the total as well.

Dallas is off back-to-back losses. We think they will win today against a team that they beat consistently.

The Stars are 17-9 as the favorite this season.

They've also beaten the Hockey Club eight straight times since the 22'-23' season.

Utah lost its last game as well against the Anaheim Ducks.

The Hockey Club are now just 1-6 over their L7 home games.

Utah played yesterday and could be tired for today's game.

Dallas has had more rest and will win this game on Monday night.

Dallas has basically given up on this season with a 6-8 record and a backup at QB.

The Cowboys are just 1-8 against the spread over their L9 games at home.

They should pack it in and play for a better draft pick.

We like the New England Patriots @ Buffalo Bills game to finish UNDER the total on Sunday at 4:25pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

New England is 3-11 this season averaging just 17.0 points a game.

The Pats have gone OVER in most games this season. But, their offense will not get them many points in this game.

Over the L4 meetings in Buffalo between these two teams, the Patriots are averaging just 18.75 points a game.

Buffalo has been scoring easily lately. We think they will slow down a bit in this divisional matchup.

The Bills need to improve their time management and defense before the playoffs. It's fun playing in high scoring games when you win, but it might come back to cost them in a playoff game.

We think they work on that here and this one stays UNDER the total.

We like the Seattle Seahawks to defeat the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday at 4:05pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Seattle didn't look good last week against Green Bay. We think that the Seahawks will rebound today.

Since 2012, these teams have seen each other five teams in Seattle. Seattle has won all five of them.

The Seahawks are also 4-1 straight up as well as against the spread over their L5 games this season (even off a big loss to GB.)

Minnesota is definitely hot, having won seven games in a row. But, Minny has had a really easy middle-half of their schedule.

The Vikings are 1-7 their L8 games vs the Seahawks played anywhere.

We think history repeats itself and Seattle pulls off the small upset.

We like the Cleveland Browns @ Cincinnati Bengals to finish OVER the total on Sunday at 1:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Cleveland is out of the playoff race, but still are fighting to win games. This is a divisional game which they should want to win.

Cincinnati has one of the worst defenses in the league which is why Burrow is leading in many categories and they are still not making the postseason.

That means, the Browns should be able to score against a defense that allows 27.6 points a game.

Carolina is a team that shouldn't be competing anymore really.

The Panthers have lost their L4 games this year and don't have any motivation with a 3-11 record.

They are also just 3-17 their L20 games played against NFC opponents.

When they play in Vancouver, the Sens have only won two of the L10.

The Canucks are not playing their best, but still should have enough to beat a team that they've been beating up on over the past few years.

The Wizards will be without Kuzma again today, but that might be a positive. They play much better team ball without him.

The Wizards are now 4-1 versus the spread over their L5 games this season.

Milwaukee got smoked yesterday against the Bucks. They might take a bit to recover after a long NBA Cup run.

The Bucks are just 1-4 against the spread over their L5 games against the Wizards.

SEMO is 5-6 this season but are off back-to-back wins and are feeling great right now.

The Redhawks are 6-2 against the spread over their L8 games this year.

They are also terrific against SIUE. The Redhawks have won five games in a row against them and have covered versus the spread in six of the L7 games vs them.

SIU Edwardsville is 7-5 this season but lost it's last game.

The Cougars are just 1-7 versus the spread over their L8 games played against conference opponents (Ohio Valley.)

They are also 5-13 over their L18 games played away from home.

The Chippewas have seen the total go OVER in five of their L7 games this season.

Arizona is averaging 84.7 points a game even with their 5-5 record.

The Wildcats have seen the total go OVER in four of their L6 games this season.

Both teams should have no trouble scoring in today's game with two bad defenses.

We like the Houston Texans to defeat the Kansas City Chiefs on Saturday at 1:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

This line has moved all over the place already. With Patrick Mahomes' injury over last weekend, the Chiefs were worried he wasn't going to play, which made Houston the favorite for this game.

Mahomes has now practiced in full and is expected to play, moving the line back towards Kansas City's direction.

The Chiefs are now three-point favorites and we think that Houston will be up for the challenge.

KC is just 1-6 versus the spread over their L7 games as a favorite.

The Texans are off back-to-back wins and have won 12 of their L18 since last year.

They are also 4-1 against the spread over their L5 games played on Saturday's.

We think Houston wins outright, but most definitely keeps it within three points.

Napoli is 11-2-3 this season and are 2nd in the Serie A standings.

The Little Donkeys have won three of their L4 matches within the Serie A.

Genoa is 3-7-6 this season and are 13th in the table.

Genoa has also failed to win in four of their L5 matches this season.

We think Napoli is the much better team and will pick up the win.

We like the Notre Dame Fighting Irish to defeat the Indiana Hoosiers on Friday at 8:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Since losing to Northern Illinois, Notre Dame has looked like one of the best teams in the country.

The Irish have now won 10 straight games and have covered the spread in eight straight.

ND is also 5-0-1 versus the spread over their L6 games played against Big Ten teams.

We're very impressed with what they've done. But, Indiana had a very easy schedule this season.

In the Hoosiers only big game, they lost 38-15 to Ohio State.

Lay the points with the home team in this first playoff game of four in the first round.

AC Milan has not performed to the best of their abilities - in eighth in Serie A right now.

But, rossoneri have been looking forward to this matchup very much.

The Red & Blacks have beaten this Hellas Verona side seven times in a row.

Verona is just outside of the three team relegation line.

The gialloblu are in poor form, even while winning their last match.

Before that game, they had lost four straight outings.

We think AC Milan wins its eighth straight against Verona on Friday.

Over the L4 games, Denver is averaging 34.75 points per game themselves.

The OVER is also 4-1 in their L5 games played inside the AFC West.

With Dobbins out, the Chargers have been forced to throw a bit more than they did earlier this season.

The Chargers have seen the total go OVER in four of their L5 games played at home.

We know these teams have great defenses. But, we think the offenses will take control and steer this one OVER the total on TNF.

Golden State isn't playing it's best basketball right now. Because of the poor stretch, GS is the underdog.

But, the Warriors are still 4-2 versus the spread over their L6 games.

The Dubs have also beaten the Grizzlies in eight of the L12 meetings.

Memphis is off a loss themselves to the Lakers.

The Grizzlies have been playing very good basketball. But, they've had their troubles against Golden State.

Three straight games against each other have gone in GS's favor.

We'll go with the Warriors to bounce back today.

The Spartans will have an easy time scoring against one of the worst defenses in the country.

Alabama State is allowing 82.2 points per game this year which is 12th worst in all of division one.

The Hornets are averaging 79.3 points per game this season. They make a lot of three balls which helps a lot.

The Hornets have gone OVER the total in six out of their nine games this season.

We think this one goes OVER as well.

Idaho State has won back-to-back games now, making it four straight wins at home.

The Bengals are also shooting almost 8% better from the charity stripe than UVU.

Utah Valley is 5-6 this season and 1-5 on the road.

Murray State is averaging 79.3 points per game this season. They shoot 3's at a very high percentage, leading to more points.

The Racers have seen their own team total go OVER in nine of their L13 road games.

Indiana State is averaging 82.8 points per game this season. They shoot at a very high percentage overall and play at a very fast pace.

The Sycamores have seen the total go OVER in 23 of their L37 games since last year.

They have also failed to reach the 80 point mark just three times in 10 games this season. We think they reach it today.

Campbell is one of the best FT shooting teams in the country shooting at 82.2% which is almost 8% better than Longwood.

We like the U Massachusetts-Lowell River Hawks to defeat the Stonehill Skyhawks on Wednesday at 6:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

UMass Lowell has now won three games in a row. MA-Lowell is 8-4 on the year and have a 7-0 record at home.

The River Hawks have won both the head-to-head matchups too.

Stonehill lost it's last game against Boston College. Coming up just short against a power four program deflates a team like this.

The Skyhawks have lost 16 straight games on the road now.

They are also just 10-18 versus the spread over their L18 games since last year.

We'll go with the home favorite.

We like the Robert Morris Colonials to defeat the Towson Tigers on Tuesday at 7:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Robert Morris hasn't been so good on the road so far, but ROBMO is 5-1 at home this season.

The Colonials have lost three straight games. But, they are still above the .500 on the year, which is much better than Towson.

Towson is 4-7 this season and has lost it's last five games (favorite in three of them.)

That puts the Tigers at 4-9 over their L13 games played in the month of December.

We think that the Robert Morris Colonials are the play here, considering that they are at home and are in better form.

Howard is 5-6, while averaging 78.7 points per game this season.

The Bison have seen the total go OVER in 19 of their L33 games since last year.

Both teams shoot the three ball at a high clip and we think that will lead to lots of scoring today.

We know that Chicago doesn't have a great record. But, Chicago have shown that they will fight and not go down without trying.

The Bears faced this Vikings team nearly a month ago now. They only lost by three.

The Bears have covered the spread in seven of their L10 games played on Monday.

Minnesota has been great this year. Sam Darnold is having the best season of his career.

But, the Vikings seem to always make their games closer than they should be and that might come back to hurt them today.

Miami had been playing in higher scoring games, but saw an UNDER last time out.

The Heat have now seen the total finish UNDER in 25 of their L41 road games.

Detroit is a team that has trouble scoring at times. They don't shoot the free throw well either.

The Pistons have seen the total stay UNDER in 39 of their L66 games since last year.

Seven of the L10 games between these two teams have finished UNDER.

We like this one to stay below the number too.

We like the Saint Louis Billikens to defeat the Illinois State Redbirds on Sunday at 5:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Saint Louis has a guy that goes by the name of Robbie Avila. He is not your average Centre. He was great last season and has been really good again so far this year.

The Billikens have yet to cover the spread this season though. They are 0-7 vs the number. We think they get their first cover today in a favorable matchup.

Illinois State has already lost a game at home this season to a 3-7 UT Martin team.

The Redbirds are just 1-6 over their L7 games against opponents from the Atlantic 10 Conference.

The A10 is much better than the MVC. We think Saint Louis goes on a run now and starts winning loads of games.

The Pioneers normally play at a higher pace, but should slow down tonight against a team that loves to control the pace in CSUF.

Denver has gone UNDER the total in 67% of their games with O/U lines this season.

Cal State Fullerton average less than 60 points a game right now (recipe for disaster if wins are wanted.) But, CSUF are the betting favorite today and we think that it will be able to lock down defensively.

The Titans' games have gone UNDER the total at a 70% clip this season so far in games with lines .

We think this one will be low scoring.

We like the Washington Commanders to defeat the New Orleans Saints on Sunday at 1:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Even while cooling off a bit lately, Washington has been one of the top teams in the NFC this season. WSH is coming off a 42-19 win over Tennessee.

The Commanders are now 8-3-1 against the spread over their L12 games this season after that blowout victory.

They are also 5-2 versus the spread over their L7 games played against NFC opponents.

New Orleans has been better recently, but still NO is just 2-7 against the spread over it's L9.

The Saints are also just 2-4 vs the spread over their L6 home games.

We think this line is too low and are expecting a 10+ point win for Washington.

We like the New York Jets @ Jacksonville Jaguars to finish UNDER the total on Sunday at 1:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

New York has been playing disappointing football nearly every week of this season. NYJ is 3-10 now on the year.

The Jets have been in high scoring games lately, but this game should be a lot lower scoring of a contest. They've scored an average of 18.4 points per game on the road.

Jacksonville hasn't been scoring much either lately. JAX has scored an average of just 11.5 points over the L4 games.

The Jaguars are also coming off a game where they shut down Tennessee completely allowing six total points.

The Jags have seen each of their L5 games stay UNDER the total as well.

We think that this one will stay UNDER easily today.

We like the Temple Owls to defeat the Hofstra Pride on Sunday at 12:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Temple has been playing a much tougher schedule so far this season. It will be ready for this game.

The Owls just scored 110 points in a game. They play at a fast pace and that should help them win this one.

Hofstra has won three straight games, but was projected to finish in the middle of the CAA this season according to some (preseason.)

The Pride lost to FSU by 18 earlier this season, while the Owls lost by single digits by the same opponent.

We think the pace and physicality of the Owls will be enough to get them their first road victory.

We like the San Jose Sharks to defeat the Utah Hockey Club on Saturday at 10:07pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Utah has been much better on the road. But, Utah has lost eight of it's 13 games while playing as the favorite this season.

The Hockey Club have also dropped 11 of their L14 games played against opponents within the Western Conference.

The trade that the San Jose Sharks pulled off the get Kovalenko and Georgiev was magnificent. They should win a lot more hockey games now.

The Sharks are now 4-1 against Western Conference teams.

We think they win their second straight game, but we'll take the Puck Line to be safe.

We like the Connecticut Huskies to defeat the Gonzaga Bulldogs on Saturday at 8:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Gonzaga has been favorites for every game this season. They are coming off a home overtime loss to Kentucky.

The Bulldogs are now 0-6 against the spread over their L6 games played in the month of December.

UCONN got off to a bad start this season. But Connecticut has calmed down and have now won three straight, including one against Texas.

The Huskies are a terrific 13-4 versus the spread over their L17 games since last season.

We think Connecticut pulls out the mini upset at Madison Square Garden today.

We like the Virginia Commonwealth Rams to defeat the Colorado State Rams on Saturday for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

VCU has won six straight games now in the month of December after winning again on Monday.

The Rams of VA Commonwealth have also won eight of their 10 games this season.

They are also playing this game at a Neutral site, which should help the better overall team.

Colorado State hasn't been great this season. Against the spread they are 2-6 over their L8 games.

The Rams of CSU are just 2-4 over their L6 games this year as well.

VCU is the favorite and we think they'll win this game by more than 10.

We like the Buffalo Sabres @ Washington Capitals to finish OVER the total on Saturday at 7:07pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

The Sabres have been bad lately losing eight straight. Over those games, they've given up a lot of goals.

Buffalo has seen the total go OVER in five of it's L7 games played against opponents from the Metro Division.

Washington has been in a few lower scoring games recently, but WSH is still averaging more than four goals a game this season.

The OVER is 9-1-1 over their L11 meetings between these two teams.

Five straight games between these two teams have gone OVER when played in Washington too!

We think this one goes OVER as well.

We like the Pepperdine Waves to defeat the Northern Arizona Lumberjacks on Saturday at 4:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Pepperdine might not have a great record. But, PEPP has now won it's last two games and is feeling much better about themselves.

The Waves have also won six of their L7 games played against teams from the Big Sky Conference.

Northern Arizona has been shaky on the road. Over it's L5 games played away from home, since last season, NAU is just 1-4 against the spread.

The Lumberjacks are also 3-13 over their L16 games played against teams from the WCC.

They are not going to be able to keep up with Pepperdine today, even with the better record.

We like Feyenoord to defeat Heracles Almelo on Saturday at 3:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Feyenoord hasn't been all that amazing this season, in fourth at the moment in the Eredivisie. But, Feyenoord has won back-to-back games now and has scored 7 goals over those games.

Even though they are in 4th in the standings, The Pride of South have scored the second most goals this season with 35 in 15 games.

Heracles Almelo isn't a very good team, conceding the third most in the Dutch league.

Heraclieden are just ahead of the relegation line, and could be on the verge of just that if they start losing even more games.

Away from home, Feyenoord won 3-0 back in October. This could be a similar result.

We like the Fulham @ Liverpool game to finish OVER the total on Saturday at 10:00am ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

We all know that Liverpool like to score. Liverpool has scored at least two goals themselves in nine of it's last ten games in all competitions.

The Reds are big favorites again in this match and are expected to score. We think that they could possibly go OVER this total by themselves.

Fulham gives Liverpool a tough test though. Fulham has scored at least a goal themselves in 16 straight matches.

The Cottagers have also scored in each of the L4 games between these two teams.

We think the O/U line is low for today's game.

We like Bayer Leverkusen to defeat FC Augsburg on Saturday at 9:30am ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Leverkusen's recent run over play has been great. Six straight wins against teams like Bayern Munich, Inter Milan and RB Salzburg.

Bayer Leverkusen is also last season's champions. It has a bunch of swagger that they play with in Bundesliga.

B04 already beat Augsburg this season in August. It looks to make it a third win in a row against them today.

Augsburg has been very in and out over the course of this season. Recently, it has had some good results. But, we don't think that Augsburg will be able to match up with the lineup that Bayer Leverkusen have.

Scoring can become easy for a team like B04 at times. It should score a lot of goals in this game too.

We like the Phoenix Suns to defeat the Utah Jazz on Friday at 9:40pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Phoenix have listed Kevin Durant as Game-Time Decision for this game. If he were to play, the line would most likely jump. Given that he still has the chance to play, this line on the Suns is the way to go.

Over their L5 games against in-conference opponents (West,) the Suns have covered versus the spread in four of them.

Phoenix have also won seven games in a row against this Utah team, including four @Utah.

The Jazz have lost 16 of their L19 games played at their own home.

Utah are also just 1-6 straight up and 2-5 versus the spread over their L7 games this season.

In their last game, Utah got blown out by 44 points against Sac-Town. That loss will be too much to overcome today.

We know the Suns aren't performing well right now either. But, we also know that this is a great matchup for them to get back to winning. We think they win this game by double digits.

Army have been one of the top scoring teams this season in the NBA. They are averaging nearly 84 points per game this season.

Over their L8 games played with an O/U line, the Black Knights have seen every single one of them finish OVER the total.

Army have also seen at least one team crack the 90 points mark in three straight games this season.

George Washington have averaged 77.7 points per game this season. That's not as great, but it's still quite a bit.

The OVER is 5-2-1 over their L8 games that the Revolutionaries have played this season.

We think the next OVER comes on Friday.

The Cyclones also just scored 100 points in their last game. They'll be ready to put on a show today.

Iowa are averaging 86.1 points per game this season. They too have one of the best offenses in the country.

The Hawkeyes have seen the total go OVER in 11 of their L16 games since last season.

The Citadel may not be the best team. But, they are definitely solid. Two straight wins have them feeling confident again and ready to go.

The Bulldogs have now won five of their L6 games played in the month of December.

Great rebounding has helped The Citadel be competitive like in the first game of the season against Boston College.

Campbell has been underwhelming. They are 4-5 this season, 2-3 on the road.

The Fighting Camels are 1-6 versus the spread over their L7 games in the month of December.

Since the end of last season, they are also just 3-7 against the spread.

We like Galatasaray to defeat Malmo Ff on Thursday at 12:45pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Galatasaray have gone 17 straight matches without losing. Over that period, they won 13 of those games.

The Turkish team lead the Turkish Super Lig at the moment by six points. They are clearly the top team in their country.

Galatasaray also have their sights on a higher seed. A win here could shoot them further up the UEL standings.

Malmo have been great domestically but have had some trouble in European play.

In fact, Malmo have lost four out of the five games in this Europa League.

We think Galatasaray will prove to be the best side today even away from home.

The Warriors are 7-1 over their L8 games played against teams in the Southwest Division of the Western Conference.

As good as the Rockets have been this season, they have not found success against the Warriors over the past few season.

Houston have lost eight straight home games vs GS and they've also lost 15 games in a row overall against them.

The Rockets are also just 1-2 over their L3 games this season.

We think Golden State wins again, just like they did six days ago.

We like the Dartmouth Big Green to cover the spread against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Wednesday at 7:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Dartmouth have averaged 77.5 points per game this season so far and have been a really solid 3 point shooting team.

The Big Green have now covered versus the spread in each of their L3 games.

Notre Dame are allowing more than 70 points per game this season.

The Fighting Irish have failed to cover in back-to-back games now and are also just 1-5 over their L6 games this season.

Against the spread, Notre Dame is just 1-5 over their L6 games played in the month of December.

We like the Minnesota Wild to defeat the Utah Hockey Club on Tuesday at 9:37pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Minnesota have been terrific this season posting an 18-5-4 overall record -- 11-2-3 on the road.

The Wild have been the best defensive team in the NHL this season in terms of goals allowed per game. They allow just 2.33 a game.

A big part of their winning is because Minnesota stays out of the penalty box. They average nearly five less minutes in the box per game than Utah does.

The Wild are also 13-4 over their L17 games played against "Utah" (who were named Arizona during all of those games.)

Utah have been very average with a 12-11-4 record -- 4-5-2 at home.

The Hockey Club are also just 1-4 over their L5 games played against teams from the West (Central or Pacific.)

Like we talked about, Utah average a lot of PIM. They average the most penalty minutes out of any team in hockey.

We think that the Minnesota will be too much to handle tonight even with Utah on a two-game winning streak. We aren't opposed to taking the -1.5 at big plus money, but are very confident in them on the moneyline.

We like the Illinois Fighting Illini to defeat the Wisconsin Badgers on Tuesday at 9:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Illinois have won all five home games so far this season. They've also covered the spread in five of the six games that they've been favorites in this year.

The Fighting Illini have won eight games in a row against the Badgers. They've covered versus the spread in nine straight.

Illinois are also 7-1 against the spread in their L8 games played in the month of December.

Wisconsin is just 2-4 versus the spread over their L6 games overall this season.

Back-to-back losses it's been for the Badgers including a double digit loss vs Marquette on Saturday.

We think the oddsmakers have the favorite correct, but not by enough.

We like PSV Eindhoven to defeat Stade Brestois 29 on Tuesday at 3:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

On fire right now, PSV are 6-0 in their L6 matches in all competitions.

Over those six games t ey've scored 26 goals. They've conceded only five.

The Dutch team have now lost just one game over their L14 games, winning 11 of them.

Brest are starting to feel the wear and tear of playing a very competitive and tough schedule both domestically and in Europe.

The French side have now lost four of their L5 games including a 3-0 loss to Barcelona in their last UCL game.

Brest are 3-1-1 in the Champions League. But, they really aren't all that great. They are the 11th best team in their country right now in Ligue 1.

We think that PSV is much better all around and are in much better playing form right now. They will win this game.

We like the Abilene Christian Wildcats @ Baylor Bears to finish OVER the total on Monday at 8:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Baylor is a big favorite for this game. They are averaging 83.4 points per game which ranks them 43rd in Division 1.

The Bears are also averaging 99.66 points per game in three games at Foster Pavilion in Waco Texas.

Baylor have seen the total go OVER in five of their L6 games as well this season. Six straight Bears home games have gone OVER too.

Abilene Christian have seen the total go OVER in four of their L5 games this season.

The OVER is 6-0 in the Wildcats' L6 games played in the month of December.

Abilene Cristian will need put up points to stay in this game. Don't underestimate them. They could keep this one closer than people think.

We like the Detroit Red Wings @ Buffalo Sabres to finish UNDER the total on Monday at 7:07pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

The Red Wings have seen a lot of UNDER's this season. They have now seen 12 of their L17 games stay UNDER the total.

Eight of the L10 Detroit hockey games against in-conference opponents (Eastern Conference) have finished UNDER.

They have also only scored four goals over their L3 games.

Buffalo are also on a dry spell. They've scored only 11 goals over their L6 games (lost them all.)

This is a great chance for one of these teams to break out of their poor play. They both need to have good defensive/goalie performances.

We think this one stays UNDER the total.

We like the Udinese @ Monza game to finish OVER the total on Monday at 2:45pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Udinese have been right in the middle of the fact in the Serie A this season. They've seen at least two goals combined in six matches in a row now.

They have allowed 10 goals over their L5 games, which is two goals a game.

Udinese also score a lot from set pieces, which is a weakness of Monza.

Monza have been a lower scoring team this season. That's dragging this total lower than it should be.

They just allowed four goals against a middle table team in Bologna in the Coppa Italia last Tuesday.

We think that this line of 2.0 goals is too low and are expecting at least two goals, most likely three in this game.

We like the New York Giants to defeat the New Orleans Saints on Sunday at 1:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

The Giants haven't had the best of seasons. But, this is the game for them to win. They need to win this game to show any signs of potential for next season.

NYG are 5-1 against the spread over their L6 games played in the month of December.

The extra rest from playing on Thanksgiving last Thursday will really help this team focus up for this weeks game.

New Orleans are 2-6 versus the spread over their L8 games this season.

They are also 1-5 over their L6 games against NFC opponents.

The Saints are without Taysom Hill this week and for the rest of the season. That's a big time loss for them.

At home, we've got the Giants winning this one outright.

We like the Texas Christian Horned Frogs to defeat the Vanderbilt Commodores on Sunday at 12:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

TCU haven't looked amazing this season. But, they are still a team that should be able to play with the top teams. They won their latest match against Xavier which should get them going.

The Horned Frogs are 18-2 over their L20 games played in the month of December.

They are also 5-0 at home this season so far.

Vandy's only loss was against Drake by double digits. We know Drake is good. But double digits isn't that great for the Commodores.

Vanderbilt are also just 2-10 over their L12 games played against opponents from the Big 12.

We like TCU at home as the small underdog.

We like the Edmonton Oilers to defeat the St. Louis Blues on Saturday at 10:07pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Edmonton are feeling it right now. They just scored six goals against the Blue Jackets are could be in for another one of those games tonight.

The Oilers are now 4-1 over their L5 games this season.

Jim Montgomery (Blues Head Coach) isn't used to playing this stacked Edmonton offense. He'll have some trouble in his first Western Conference matchup against them.

The Blues are scoring just 2.59 goals per game this season which puts them real close to the bottom.

St. Louis are also not getting many shots on net this season.

We're going with the Oilers who are much better offensively.

We like the Boston Celtics to defeat the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday at 8:10pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Memphis was on a great run. But, that road loss against Dallas will settle them down a bit. They are going to lose again tonight.

The Grizzlies did win their last game against Sacramento. But, that was back at home. Now, they are going all the way to Boston for today's game.

Memphis haven't won a game in 10 straight against Boston on the road, only covering the spread in two of them.

The Celtics have won seven straight games played at the TD Garden.

Boston are also 14-2 over their L16 games played against the Western Conference.

Lay the points on the home team in Saturday's game.

Northern Colorado have seen the total go OVER in each of their L5 games played in the month of December.

UNCO have also seen the total go OVER in 13 of their L17 games played away from home.

North Dakota State shoot a lot of threes. They average more than 12 makes a game from the 3 point line.

The Bison have seen the total go OVER in six of their L8 games overall.

The OVER is also 6-0 in the L6 NDST games played versus teams from the Big Sky Conference.

This will be a high scoring game. Back the OVER.

We like the Georgia Bulldogs to defeat the Texas Longhorns on Saturday at 4:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Georgia survived an 8-OT thriller against their rivals in Georgia Tech in the last game of the regular season. That scare will have them ready to go for today's big game.

Even though the Bulldogs are already in, they have to take care of business today. They lost last years championship game by three points and that ultimately knocked them out of the 4-team playoff.

Georgia beat Texas 30-15 earlier this season in what was the Longhorns only loss of the season.

The Longhorns have done a great job adjusting to the new conference. Props to them with it being in the SEC.

This season is long from over though. This is just the beginning of the tough part.

Texas is just 2-4 versus the spread over their L6 games this season.

Georgia has beaten them already and will beat them again. We'll take the points.

We like the Arizona State Sun Devils to defeat the Iowa State Cyclones on Saturday at 12:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

The Sun Devils have shocked everybody this year. Not expected to do well at all, they've turned into one of the top teams in America.

Arizona State have now won five games in a row (straight up and versus the spread) including a 49-7 win last weekend against Arizona.

They are also 7-1 against the spread over their eight Big-12 games this season.

Iowa State are just 2-4 vs the spread over their L6 games this season.

The Cyclones barely won a nail-biter by one score last weekend to get here.

We think ASU has the hotter hand and will win this game and make their way into the playoff.

We like the Dallas Stars @ Vegas Golden Knights to finish UNDER the total on Friday at 10:07pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Dallas are allowing just 2.56 goals per game which is top three in the NHL.

The Stars have seen the total stay UNDER in seven of their L8 games played against teams in the Pacific Division of the Western Conference.

They have also seen the total go UNDER in six of the L9 meetings away from home against Vegas.

The UNDER is 4-1 over the L5 Golden Knights games overall.

Five of the L6 games between these teams (either home) have stayed UNDER the total.

Another low scoring game is on the cards today.

We like the Tulane Green Wave @ Army Black Knights to finish OVER the total on Friday at 8:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Tulane really played well offensively in conference play scoring an average of 41.25 points per game over the eight games.

The Green Wave have seen four of their L6 games played in the month of December finish OVER the total.

The OVER is also 2-0 over their L2 meetings between these two teams.

Army will be able to run the ball. Even against a top team like Notre Dame, they were able to run for 200+ yards.

The Black Knights are averaging 32.7 points per game this season. We think they would only need around 20 for this game to go OVER.

The total is quite low because of these two teams loving to run the ball. We think this game goes OVER even with all of the running that we're expecting to see.

We like the Jacksonville State Gamecocks to defeated the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers on Friday at 7:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

JVST may have lost in the last game of the season. But, that was in Western Kentucky in a game that didn't really matter for them. This game is much more important.

The Gamecocks are now 12-1 over their L13 games played in-conference (against CUSA opponents.)

They are also 5-0 over their L5 games played at home. Yes this Championship Game is played @Jacksonville State.

Western Kentucky are just 1-4 versus the spread over their L5 games this season.

The Hilltoppers had a bit of trouble to finish the season losing against LA Tech and getting blown out by Liberty before the game between these two.

The Gamecocks were much better down the stretch and will play like it this Friday.

Being at home in this Championship Game will make a difference. Lay the points with JVST.

We like the Purdue Boilermakers @ Penn State Nittany Lions game to finish OVER the total on Thursday for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

The OVER is 10-3 over the L13 meetings between these two teams.

Purdue won 95-87 (182 total points) in their most recent meeting against each other (in February.)

Purdue loves to shoot the three ball. They have to do a lot more of that this season without Edey in their lineup from last year.

Penn State have seen the game total finish OVER in 14 of their L21 games at home.

Both teams are averaging a lot of points per game combined with their opponents this season.

We're expecting another past paced CBB game in this Big Ten matchup.
