AAA Sports' Selection: Idaho State Bengals ATS.

Idaho State has underperformed in our opinions early on this season but has won two of it's L3 and will get hotter.

The Bengals are 6-2 against the spread in games on a road this year.

Montana State's record is superior. But, it's just 1-6 straight up when playing as an underdog.

The Bobcats are also 9-21 straight up and 11-19 versus the spread over their L30 games as a home underdog.

AAA Sports' Selection -- Loyola Marymount Lions / Seattle Redhawks OVER.

Loyola Marymount has lost three games in a row and has averaged 66.67 points a game over those games.

The Lions will now go up against an even tougher defense than it saw in any of those matchups.

The only game between these two teams in Seattle ended up with 88 total points combined -- 49-39.

Seattle has seen the total stay UNDER in eight of it's L9 games this season.

That makes the UNDER a perfect 4-0 in home games for the Redhawks against opponents within the WCC.

AAA Sports' Selection -- Anaheim Ducks / Colorado Avalanche UNDER.

Anaheim has played in an UNDER in three of it's L4 games.

The Ducks have been scoring a lot more this season than years past. But, it's cooled off a bit over the last month.

They have scored just 10 goals over the L5 games played against the Avalanche -- two a game.

Colorado has the highest scoring average in the NHL at 4.02 goals a game.

But, the Avalache also have the best goals allowed at 2.3 a game.

With the total sitting at 7, we think that this game will stay UNDER the line on Wednesday.

AAA Sports' Selection -- Brooklyn Nets ATS. 

Brooklyn has not been very good this year but has started to cover against the spread quite a bit more lately. 

The Nets are covering versus the spread in 58% of their road games against opponents within the Eastern Conference this season. 

New York has really had trouble since the new year. It's lost nine of it's L11 games. 

The Knicks are also just 1-7 against the spread over their L8 home games played this year.

AAA Sports' Selection -- Dallas Stars ML.

Boston has been red hot. But, it's running into a really good team that could stifle it's run tonight.

The Bruins are just 6-8 on the road against Western Conference opponents this year.

They are also off back-to-back losses when playing against the Stars.

Dallas needs to wake up and it's starts today.

The Stars are still very much a contender in the West and will be a hard task for Boston to crack.

AAA Sports' Selection -- Ohio Bobcats ATS.

Northern Illinois won it's last game but has lost four of it's L5 games this season.

The Huskies have also not covered against the point spread in seven of their L10 games.

Over the L5 games between these teams, Ohio is 5-0 straight up and 4-1 against the spread.

The Bobcats have lost B2B games, but return home where they are 6-1 over their L7 games.

They shoot the ball at over 5% better than the Huskies do this year -- 47.6% from the field compared to 42.3%.

Our selection is on the New York Rangers to defeat the Anaheim Ducks on Monday at 10:07pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

New York has a terrific 16-9-2 road record this year -- what's been keeping it alive.

The Rangers have also beaten the Ducks in 14 of the L20 games between these two teams.

Anaheim won it's L2 games against the LA Kings, both after regulation. We don't think that it'll have the same opportunity this game.

The Ducks are just 3-9 over their L12 games still.

Our selection is on the Boston Celtics @ Detroit Pistons to finish UNDER the total on Monday at 8:10pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Boston's been one of the top transition teams from offense to defense this year -- allowing the least points off turnovers in the league.

The Celtics have seen the total stay UNDER in five of their L7 games this season.

The UNDER is also 8-1 over the C's L9 games played against opponents from the Central Division within the Eastern Conference.

Detroit is playing much better defense now than it was at the beginning of the season.

The UNDER has hit in seven games in a row for the Pistons.

Our selection is on the Yale Bulldogs to cover the spread against the Columbia Lions on Monday at 2:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Columbia has lost back-to-back games and it's maybe time to acknowledge that it's not as good as it looked early on this season.

The Lions are just 1-5 against the spread over their L6 games now.

They are also 0-5 straight up and 1-4 versus the spread over their L5 games played against the Bulldogs.

Yale has been the face of the Ivy League for a few seasons in a row now and will probably be again when it's all said and done this year.

The Bulldogs are 16-1 over their L17 home games.

Our selection is on the St. Louis Blues to cover the puck line against the Edmonton Oilers on Sunday at 8:07pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

St. Louis is heating up off back-to-back wins against Carolina and Tampa Bay.

The Blues are much better when playing as an underdog and have in fact won 55% of their road games against the puck line this year so far.

Edmonton has not been great versus the puck line -- just 7-14 at home.

The Oilers have lost two of their L3 games as well.

Our selection is on the Los Angeles Rams @ Chicago Bears to finish OVER the total on Sunday at either 3:00pm or 6:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones: 

Los Angeles' defense hasn't been too good lately, allowing 31 points against Carolina in the Wildcard round. 

The Rams have now allowed an average of 30 points a game over their L5 games now this year. 

That makes the OVER a perfect 6-0 over the L6 road games played for the Rams this season. 

Chicago was able to create some magic and come back against Green Bay in the Wildcard round too. 

The Bears have seen the total go OVER in eight of their L11 games played against opponents from the NFC West.

Tulsa is averaging 87.6 points a game this season which is definitely among the highest in NCAABB.

The Golden Hurricane have seen the total go OVER in eight of their L9 games.

The OVER is also perfect in their road games, going 5/5 this season.

UAB has averaged quite a bit too -- 83.4 points a game at the moment.

The Blazers have seen the total go OVER in 60% of their home games against Tulsa in the 2000's.

Our selection is on the San Francisco 49ers to cover the spread against the Seattle Seahawks on Saturday at 8:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

San Francisco is against the world on Saturday with a lot of injuries and not too many believers.

The 49ers are 7-1 straight up and against the spread over their L8 games this year.

They are also 7-2 straight up and 6-3 versus the spread over their L9 games played against Seattle.

Seattle had the bye week but still managed to somehow allow Darnold to pick up a minor injury.

He's projected to play still, but seeing what he did last year in the playoffs just isn't something that we get excited about.

The play is on San Fran to cover and maybe even pull of the upset today.

Our selection is on the Arizona Wildcats @ Central Florida Knights game to finish OVER the total o Saturday at 4:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Arizona has been one of the most consistent teams in College this year and continue to average 91 points a game.

The Wildcats have gone OVER the total in six straight contests.

The OVER is also 10-3 this season in all home/away games for the Wildcats -- not including neutral court games.

UCF has also scored a lot this season and plays fast -- 85.8 points a game.

The only game ever between these two teams was last year and it saw 168 points and went OVER.

Mercer has been good this year but much weaker on the road with a 3-7 record.

The Bears are just 6-14 over their L20 games played against UNC Greensboro over the year.

UNC Greensboro just won a game against The Citadel to get back to winning and has won five of it's L6 home games.

The Spartans are also 6-3 against the spread over their L9 games played as an underdog.

Minnesota has hit a cold streak but we don't think that it will last into Saturday's game.

The Wild are 19-9 over their L28 games played against opponents from the Atlantic Division in the Eastern Conference.

Buffalo has been one of the hottest teams in hockey but have played much more than Minnesota has lately and will be tired.

The Sabres are just 5-11 over their L16 games played against the Wild at home.

Our selection is on Arsenal FC to defeat Nottingham Forrest FC on Saturday at 12:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Arsenal is the quite expensive favorite this game but it's been favored by much more and we think that this is a great line.

The Gunners are undefeated in nine games in a row while winning back-to-back -- FA Cup and Carabao Cup.

Arsenal will look to extend a lead even further on the rest of the Premier League with another win this afternoon.

Nottingham Forest has shockingly dropped many spots from last season and there doesn't look to be many changes incoming.

It's in 17th place with 12 losses in 21 games this year.

We're on Arsenal to make it 13 defeats for Forest.

Our selection is on the Virginia Tech Hokies to cover the spread against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Saturday at 12:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Notre Dame is really having trouble finding any sort of flow right now -- three straight losses.

The Fighting Irish are just 3-12 over their L15 games played in the month of January now.

They have also lost eight of the L9 games played against the Hokies over the last few seasons.

Virginia Tech hasn't been much better within the ACC so far but remains the higher ranked team according to most.

The Hokies are terrific at home and have covered against the spread in seven of their L10 games.

Our selection is on US Sassuolo Calcio @ SSC Napoli to finish UNDER the total on Saturday at 12:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

US Sassuolo Calcio hasn't scored a goal in back-to-back games and we don't think that it will score today.

Sassuolo hasn't been horrible defensively though allowing less than two goals a game over their L5 games -- eight goals allowed.

Napoli's got a lot of absentees for this game and that's going to make it harder for it to crack the Sassuolo defense.

It's scored 30 goals in 20 games which is nothing completely out of this world for the 3rd ranked team.

Our selection is on the Sacramento Kings to cover the spread against the Washington Wizards on Friday at 10:10pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Washington is not in a very good spot as it waits for Young to make his debut -- Sarr got ejected last game and Coulibaly had to exit with an injury.

The Wizards are just 1-5 against the spread over their L6 games and are 15-24 against the spread in all games this season.

They are also quite miserable on the road, losing 15 of their L18 away games.

Sacramento is starting to heat up and should continue to win with some great matchups coming up -- 4-1 versus the spread L5 games.

The Kings still own a horrific record. But, they've beaten Washington in eight of the L12 games between these teams.

Milwaukee has lost back-to-back games and the last one was pretty ugly against Miami -- 33 point loss.

The Bucks are just 2-5 against the spread over their L7 games played this year.

They are also 7-14 when playing as an underdog and that's the case again tonight.

San Antonio finally lost against OKC for the first time in four tries last game out.

But, the Spurs are 11-3 versus the spread over their L14 games played against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Our selection is on the Philadelphia Flyers @ Pittsburgh Penguins game to finish OVER the total on Thursday at 7:07pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Philadelphia is on a cold stretch of losing three games in a row. It's allowed 12 goals over the L2 games.

60% of the Flyers road games this season have gone OVER the total.

The Flyers did play yesterday and have now gone OVER in six of their L8 games this season.

Pittsburgh has gone OVER more often than not on home ice as well this year.

The Penguins' L3 games have all seen three goals or less -- which makes us believe that a high scoring game is on the cards even more.

Our selection is on the Wisconsin Milwaukee Panthers to cover the spread against the Oakland Golden Grizzlies on Thursday at 7:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Oakland has played a lot of road games so far and when you play that much you are due to win some. It's 3-7 on the road.

The Golden Grizzlies just allowed 94 points in a loss against Wright State in a game where they were at home.

Now, the Golden Grizzlies are on the road again for a two game road trip.

Wisconsin Milwaukee did really well to close it's last game and win by more than 10.

That win will help the Panthers continue to win in the Horizon League as it did so well last year -- 14-6 conference record in 2024-2025.

UAB started off well this season but has turned pretty inconsistent recently.

The Blazers are just 1-4 against the spread over their L5 games played against opponents within the AAC.

Tulane has won five games in a row going into today's game and has been much better lately.

Unlike UAB, the Green Wave are 6-0 versus the spread over their L6 AAC games.

Kennesaw State is 7-1 at home this season with a 6-2 record as a fav in all games.

Morocco is host of the tournament and is the favorite of Thursday's Semi Final.

We think that the Moroccan's can definitely put up some goals in this game against a leaky defense.

Nigeria does has a stacked attack though, with Lookman and Osimhen leading the charge.

It'll need to figure out a way to block out the noise of the home crowd and that will give it the best chance.

Both teams are capable of scoring and we think that two goals should be no problem.

Toronto played on Monday and will play again today. But, this is an even easier game for the Leafs.

Utah just lost against Columbus and has lost 55% of it's games against opponents from the Eastern Conference this year.

The Mammoth have also lost five games in a row when playing against the Maple Leafs.

Oklahoma City has had a really tough time lately straight up and covering against the spread.

But, we'll go against the public and go with the Thunder who are 17-3 over their L20 home games.

Our selection is on the Pittsburgh Steelers to cover the spread against the Houston Texans on Monday at 8:15pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Houston has looked terrific, but playing on the road in the playoffs has not been kind to it. 0-6 all-time and 2-4 against the spread.

The Texans are just 2-5 straight up and against the spread over their L7 games played against Pittsburgh.

Even worse, they are 1-3 against the Steelers in Pittsburgh all time as well (got outgained 47-422 in yards in their win.)

Pittsburgh is 13-5 over it's L18 games played against opponents from the AFC South Division.

The Steelers also get to play at home and under the lights again , with DK Metcalf returning.

Houston Christian doesn't score too many points and has scored just over 69 points a game so far this year.

The Huskies have seen a ton of OVER's lately but don't score enough that scares us.

Lamar doesn't score too much either, at 70.8 points a game in 2025-2026.

The Cardinals have gone UNDER in back-to-back games and four of their L5 contests.

Four games in a row between these two teams have gone UNDER the total.

Our selection is on the Vegas Golden Knights to defeat the San Jose Sharks on Sunday at 8:07pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Vegas has won three games in a row and a fourth is loading for Sunday's game.

The Golden Knights have beaten the Sharks in 10 straight games.

They also shockingly own a better winning percentage on the road so far this year than at home.

San Jose played on Saturday and came back against Dallas to win in OT.

The Sharks have lost five home games consecutive against the Golden Knights.

Our selection is on the Oklahoma City Thunder to cover the spread against the Miami Heat on Sunday at 7:10pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Miami played on Saturday and got pounded against a really bad Indiana team. It remains on the road.

The Heat head into today with a 2-4 record versus the spread against Western Conference opponents.

They've also lost seven of their L9 games against opponents from the Northwest Div in the West.

Oklahoma City has not been too good and we think that it finally breaks out of the slump.

The Thunder are still normally great at home and will be excited to be back here for this game.

Our selection is on the San Francisco 49ers @ Philadelphia Eagles to finish OVER the total on Sunday at 4:30pm ET for a number of reasons. ere are some of the more important ones:

San Francisco didn't have it's best showing against Seattle in week 18, losing out on the first round bye.

But, the 49ers scored 127 total points in the three games before that game.

They have seen the total go OVER in six of their L9 games this season.

Philadelphia's offense slowly improved as the season moved along.

The OVER is 5-1 over the L6 games that the Eagles have played against opponents from the NFC West Division.

Both teams are ranked so we're going to give the advantage to the home team on Sunday.

Illinois has done well in it's two attempts on the road this year, but have covered against the spread in just one of the two.

The Fighting Illini are just 4-10 over their L14 games played as a road underdog.

Iowa has won all nine of it's home games this year.

The Hawkeyes are also a terrific 7-2 versus the spread in those games this season.

Green Bay has been recovering from injuries over the last weeks of the season and that's not going to help it with confidence.

Parsons remains out for the season and GB is just 1-4 straight up and against the spread over it's L5 games.

The Packers are also 2-9 over their L11 games played on the road since last year.

Chicago broke the streak of losing to Lafleur in the last game and will be feeling good about this game, being at home.

The Bears were so much better at home than away this year and won six of their L7 games here at Soldier Field.

Our selection is on the California Baptist Lancers to cover the spread against the Southern Utah Thunderbirds on Saturday at 8:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Southern Utah has not began the season too well at 4-12 and isn't expected to do well in the WAC either.

The Thunderbirds are 0-6 straight up and 1-5 against the spread over their L6 games.

Since last year, they've lost 12 road games in a row.

California Baptist is one of the better sides in the conference and is 11-6 so far this season.

The Lancers have covered versus the spread in their only home game so far within the WAC and we anticipate another cover today.

Our selection is on the Auburn Tigers to cover the spread against the Arkansas Razorbacks on Saturday at 6:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Arkansas is the ranked team and probably has been the better team this year. But, that doesn't mean much in a top level SEC game.

The Razorbacks have played just two games on the road all season and they will be up against it on Saturday.

Auburn is in desperate need of a win. It's lost back-to-back SEC games to begin and it's at home for this game.

The Tigers have won six out of seven home games this year and we like them as the slight home favorite.

Auburn is the play.

Our selection is on the Texas Southern Tigers to cover the spread against the Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions on Saturday at 5:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

With a record of 5-10, Arkansas-Pine Bluff doesn't really intimidate any team in NCAABB.

The Golden Lions are just 1-10 in road games and even with four straight wins, they are not a team that should be well respected.

Texas Southern is a whole lot better than it's showed this season and will return home off two road games in a row.

The Tigers need to up their game and they know it. We think a win here will give the team a lot more confidence for future games.

Columbus is going to need to step it up offensively to stay in this game as big underdogs.

The Blue Jackets are 0-3 over their L3 games but have seen seven or more combined goals in all three of those games.

The OVER is 5-1 over their L6 games played against opponents from the Western Conference.

Colorado has crushed opponents all season and the OVER is 5-2 over their L7 games.

14 of the L20 games between these two teams played in Denver have also gone OVER.

The Black Bears have beaten NJIT in four straight games over the L2 years.

NJIT is just 7-10 this season too and have covered the spread in just four of it's L9 games.

The Highlanders were projected to finish near the bottom of the America East Conference -- don't expect a third conference win in a row.

Nebraska trots into this game with an undefeated record. But, we think that it's time for a team to knock it off.

The Cornhuskers have gotten away with a few closer games and have came out as winners. But, this is one of their toughest tasks yet.

They are just 3-6 over their L9 games played in the month of January, as last year's team wasn't so strong.

Indiana's won 10 straight home games and the home fans will be alive at noon today.

The Hoosiers just made it to the National Title Game in Football and the Basketball team will want to keep the high spirits going.

Our selection is on Villarreal to defeat Deportivo Alaves on Saturday at 10:15am ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Deportivo Alaves hasn't been a good team on the road this season producing just four points in eight games.

It's scored just 15 goals in 19 games this season in the La Liga.

Villarreal has maybe over exceeded a bit, but nobody can deny it's ability this year, 3rd in the league.

It's averaging two goals a game in the league so far and the home record has been terrific.

Our selection is on the Wisconsin Milwaukee Panthers to cover the spread against the Northern Kentucky Norse on Friday at 8:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Northern Kentucky has over performed so far and will definitely start to lose some more road games.

The Norse are still just 2-4 against the spread in their road games this year.

Wisconsin Milwaukee is expected to finish near the top of the Horizon League this season and being back at home should help that cause.

The Panthers won both games between these teams by 20+ last season.

Winnipeg has lost ten straight games and badly needs Connor Hellebuyck to help bail it out and win a game for once.

Miami Florida has used it's D-Line and O-Line to make differences over the first two playoff games and we think that things will change on Thursday.

The Hurricanes have experience with Beck at QB. But, they have some bad losses this year and have another hard SEC opponent today.

They are just 4-5 since 2014 against opponents from the SEC Conference.

Mississippi's only loss this year was against Georgia and it just sent Georgia packing in a revenge spot.

The Rebels have covered against the spread in five straight games against ACC opponents and will be getting more than a field goal to cover today.

Our selection is on the Vancouver Canucks to defeat the Detroit Red Wings on Thursday at 7:07pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Vancouver is the underdog but happens to have a winning road record this season.

The Canucks are 5-2 over their L7 road games and even a losing streak of four games shouldn't stop them from continuing it.

They are also on a 58% run since the October of the 2023-2024 season against opponents from Eastern Conference on the road.

Detroit did not look too good against Pittsburgh to begin 2026. It did win against Ottawa last time out but now has to return back to the USA for this game.

The Red Wings do have the better statistics of the two teams but this isn't a good spot for them with Montreal, Carolina and Boston up next.

Hofstra has came out of the gates exceeding expectations and we don't think that it'll keep it up.

The Pride have played lots of road games this season and soon all the travelling will catch up to them.

Over the L7 games between these two teams, the Pride have covered the spread just once.

Towson has won 15 of it's L16 home games since last season.

The Tigers will be happy to still be at home with a chance to win their first conference game of the year after winning 16 of 18 last year during the regular season.

It's simple. Alabama is going to run the ball up and down the court and it's up to you to stop it.

The Crimson Tide are off a 'low-scoring' game against Kentucky. But, are averaging 94.1 points a game this year.

Vanderbilt is not far behind Alabama in scoring, averaging 93.4 points a game so far.

For the Commodores, four of their L6 games played against opponents within the SEC have gone OVER.

Calgary has lost back-to-back games and is not in good shape to face Montreal on the road today.

They are also just 11-22 this year when playing as an underdog.

Montreal just beat Dallas and will look to start another winning streak to challenge the lead in the Atlantic Division.

Central Florida just beat Kansas and is getting a bit over hyped in our opinion.

UCF has lost seven of it's L8 games played on the road since last season.

The Knights lost and didn't cover the spread in the game played in this arena last season.

Oklahoma State hasn't been as good of a school since Cade Cunningham was here. But, it's off to a terrific 12-2 start.

The Cowboys are 10-0 at home and are also 10-0 as a betting favorite.

New Jersey lost against Carolina in it's last game as has lost five of it's L7 games now.

The Devils are also just 4-8 this season when playing against opponents within the Metropolitan Division.

New York beat Toronto in OT on Saturday and has won eight of it's L10 home games.

The Islanders are all the way up to second in the Metro Standings and are looking to keep chipping away at the Hurricanes, who have a tough matchup today.

They have beaten NJ in 13 of the L20 games played here in New York between these two teams.

They love to spread the ball around, and that will make it hard for the Mountaineers to stop.

West Virginia likes to rely on Huff to nail three point shots. When his shot isn't falling, it isn't winning.

The Mountaineers haven't covered the spread in back-to-back games and won't again today.

East Texas A&M has lost four games in a row and is 6-9 in it's 15 games this season.

They have played lots on the road this year and are just 2-7 in those games.

New Orleans has played just two games at home this year and won the last one as an underdog.

Going back further since last season, the Wolverines are 3-8 over their L11 games versus the spread on the road.

Abilene Christian lost on Thursday against Utah Tech in a bad performance. It's a lot better team than it showed in that game.

The Wildcats are still 5-1 at home this season and have been terrific against the spread lately.

In fact, they are 4-2 against the spread over their L6 games.

Akron has averaged the second most points in College Basketball this season so far -- 97.1 points a game.

The Zips have seen the total go OVER in five of their L6 games.

They've scored 100 or more points in five of their games already this year.

Miami Ohio has not lost a single game and is averaging 94.7 points a game.

The Redhawks have seen the total go OVER in eight of their L9 games -- includes three in a row.

AS Roma doesn't draw many games and hasn't all Serie A season. But we could see one happening today in an anticipated defensive battle.

Over it's L5 games, Roma has allowed just three goals.

Atalanta BC has allowed just three goals over it's L4 games played this season.

It's also averaging just 2.29 goals a game combined with it's opponents through 17 games.

Oh and we forgot to mention that Roma has allowed 11 goals all year which is the best in the Serie A.

Los Angeles hasn't been quite itself either lately but it's time for Luka Doncic to finally show up again and explode.

Seattle might be much better on defense than on offense but it's not going to matter against one of the top offensive teams in CBB. 

The Redhawks are averaging 78.8 points a game this season and play at an above average pace. 

They create lots of opportunities for fast break points off turnovers. 

Gonzaga is averaging 93 points a game this season and will definitely be hard to stop. 

The Zags shoot high percentage shots and play at a very fast pace.

They are also 7-2-1 this season when playing against opponents within the Central Division.

Chicago is at home on Thursday where it's lost 63% of it's games on the year.

The Blackhawks are a completely different team without Connor Bedard and it's showed.

Bellarmine averages 78.3 points a game but plays at a really slow pace and will attempt to keep this game slow in the first conference game of the season.

The Knights see that number drop to 72.8 points a game when playing in road games.

They have seen three of their L5 games stay UNDER the total.

West Georgia averages even less points a game at 76.3.

The Wolves began the season with a lot of UNDER's but have seen more OVER's lately. With ten days off, we think they get back to what started.

Ohio State allowed the least amount of total yards, passing yards and points a game this season -- defensive standpoint.

They've also won back-to-back games against the Blue Jackets on the road -- includes a game this year already in October.

Columbus is just 3-8 this season against opponents within the Metro Division.

Tennessee didn't end the season too well but will try and finish the season with a win in the Music City Bowl.

The Volunteers are still one of the top teams in the SEC Conference which is one of the best if not the best conference. They are 14-6 over their L20 games since last year.

They've got a 63% record against the spread over the L10 years against opponents from the Big 10 Conference.

Illinois ended with the same record as Tennessee in the regular season and lost it's L2 games on the road -- this is neutral field game.

Pittsburgh has been running right through it's opponents lately, and has scored 27 or more points in all three games in December.

The Steelers don't play well defensively, and are bottom five in both total yards and passing yards allowed a game.

The OVER is 4-1 over their L5 games played on the road this season.

Cleveland has amazing defensive play which is why it's able to stay in games. But, it's allowed 23 points or more in all three of it's games in December so far.

The Browns have seen the total go OVER in five of their L6 games played at home.

Our selection is on the New England Patriots to cover the spread against the New York Jets on Sunday at 1:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

New England got back to it's winning ways against Baltimore last weekend and has won 11 of it's L12 games.

The Patriots are 9-3 against the spread over those 12 games and are the heavy favorites on Sunday.

They are also 8-2 versus the spread over their L10 games played against the New York Jets.

New York is not very good at all. It's 1-5 straight up and 2-4 against the spread over it's L6 games.

The Jets have been injured throughout this season and will have Brady Cook at QB again this week.

The Pats will blow them out and are the play.

Our selection is on the San Jose Sharks @ Vancouver Canucks to finish OVER the total on Saturday at 10:07pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

San Jose's goaltending hasn't been too good over the L3 games, allowing 16 goals in those games.

The Sharks have gone OVER the total in four of their L5 games this season.

They've also seen eight of their L12 games played within the Pacific Division go OVER.

Vancouver has seen back-to-back games end with seven goals or more.

The OVER is also 9-5-1 in the Canucks' 15 games played at home this year.

Our selection is on the Miami Ohio Redhawks to cover the spread against the Fresno State Bulldogs on Saturday at 4:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Miami Ohio played in the MAC Championship Game and lost against WMU. But, it had a terrific record against the spread and overall.

The Redhawks covered in seven of their L10 games of the season and six of their L7 games that were played on a Saturday.

Fresno State finished with a better record -- 8-4 this year -- but wasn't too good at certain times this year.

The Bulldogs lost against Colorado State, Utah State, and Kansas this year, all with losing records.

We don't think that Fresno will be motivated enough to cover or even win this game.

Our selection is on ACF Fiorentina to defeat Parma Calcio 1913 on Saturday at 6:30am ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Fiorentina hasn't been good in the Serie A this season but has been solid in the Conference League with three wins in six games.

It's coming off it's first Serie A win of the season -- very shocking -- and won that game 5-1 against Udinesse.

It;s going to come out guns blazing on Saturday searching for another win to avoid relegation.

Parma is also in the bottom of the standings and hasn't been good at home lately.

It's lost four of it's L6 home games while drawing the other two.

Our selection is on the Florida International Panthers @ UTSA Roadrunners to finish OVER the total on Friday at 8:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Florida International finished the season with four straight wins and scored an average of 43.75 points a game in those games.

The Panthers have now seen four of their L6 games this season go OVER the total .

They are explosive and will want to score lots in this game.

UTSA also really likes to play in high scoring games as the OVER is 6-1 over it's L7 games.

The Roadrunners scored 48 or more points in four of their six wins this season -- they are the favorite today.

Our selection is on the Minnesota Timberwolves to cover the spread against the Denver Nuggets on Thursday at 10:40pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Minnesota is the more rested team at the moment with it having played on Tuesday instead of both Monday and Tuesday like Denver.

The Timberwolves are 6-2 straight up over the L8 games between these two teams.

They are also 4-2 against the spread over their L6 games this season.

Denver has been really good this season but has been really inconsistent against the spread.

The Nuggets are also just 4-11 versus the spread over their L15 games played as a favorite against Minnesota.

Our selection is on the Washington Commanders to cover the spread against the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday at 1:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Dallas has lost three games in a row and will not be making the playoffs at the end of this season.

The Cowboys have done well against Washington in the past, but this is a large line and we don't think that they'll have the motivation today.

They are second worst team in the NFL in terms of points allowed a game at 30.3.

Washington's been injured all season but has ambitions on ending the season with some wins against division rivals.

The Commanders are short handed again, but at home we think that they will keep it close on Christmas.

Our selection is on the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors to cover the spread against the California Golden Bears on Wednesday at 8:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

California goes to Hawaii on a 2-3 run over it's L5 games and a below average record against the spread this season.

In fact, the Golden Bears were just 5-7 against the spread and 2-5 over their L7 games this year.

They are also just 4-8 versus the spread over their L12 games played in the month of December over the last few years.

Hawaii gets to play at home in it's own bowl game this Wednesday.

The Rainbow Warriors went 6-1 straight up and against the spread at home this season.

Our selection is on the New York Knicks @ Minnesota Timberwolves to finish UNDER the total go Tuesday at 8:10pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

New York is without a lot of it's guys right now with Brunson, Anunoby, McBride, Shamet and Yabusele sidlined.

The Knicks have played one road game against a Western Conference opponent this season and that game stayed UNDER.

The UNDER is also 6-3 over the L9 games in Minnesota between these two teams.

Minnesota has seen 11 of it's 16 games played at home stay UNDER the total this season.

The Timberwolves are terrific defensively and that has led to six of their L7 games stay UNDER as well.

Our selection is on the Florida Panthers to defeat the Carolina Hurricanes on Tuesday at 7:07pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Florida will be on the road but it's gaining more and more confidence with four wins in it's L5 games.

The Panthers have also won five of their L6 games played on the road this season.

They are winning 71% of their games playing as an underdog this year as well.

Carolina has terrific records, but will be without Jarvis and Slavin for a couple of more games.

The Hurricanes have had a tough time when these two teams play and are just 2-6 over their L8 games played at home against Florida.

Our selection is on the Army Black Knights to cover the spread against the Binghamton Bearcats on Tuesday at 12:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Army has revenge on it's mind after losing not just last year, but the year before and also the time before that against Binghamton.

The Black Knights haven't been great this year. But, they are 7-3 against the spread through 10 games with betting lines.

That record has improved a lot lately as they've won four straight against the spread and six of their L7.

Binghamton has lost four straight games straight up and versus the spread.

The Bearcats are winless on the road in six tries.

Our selection is on the Oklahoma City Thunder to cover the spread against the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday at 9:40pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Memphis is playing better than it has all season but won't find too much success against the top team in the NBA.

The Grizzlies are still just 3-14 against the spread over their L17 games played against OKC.

That includes losing 10 games in a row against the Thunder straight up.

Oklahoma City has lost two of it's L3 games but is still 25-3 in all games this season.

The Thunder are also a perfect 9-0 against the spread over their L9 games played at home versus the Grizzlies.

Our selection is on the New England Patriots to cover the spread against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday at 8:20pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

New England lost last week but barely. It's still the second seed in the AFC if the playoffs started today.

The Patriots are 10-1 over their L11 games and have covered the spread in five of their six road games this season.

In those six road games, they haven't lost a single one of them (6-0 straight up.)

Baltimore is lucky to even still be in the AFC North conversation with how it's played this year.

The Ravens are just 5-9 against the spread and 2-6 when playing at home.
