Houston at Boston 7:30 ET Celtics (+) over Rockets- The difference in record between these clubs appears to be light years apart, but 'upon further review' we can find some equalizers. To start with Houston has won five of the last seven meetings including a 24 point win in November. When you add that Boston is just 3-13 straight-up against the 'West' things don't look so good for the Celtics. They have also lost their last eight and have won only once in its last 12 games. But, let's break this down to a home and away scenarios. The Rockets are just 9-9 on the road while Boston 8-9-1 ATS and 8-10 straight-up at home (virtually even). Take the CELTICS!

These two last met over a year ago in December when the Knicks were hot and won both meetings, but note that the Suns are 3-0-1 in the last four meetings, but New York is 6-0 ATS in their last six games overall. What bothers me is that with the Knicks now playing so well they are a meager 3-points or so against the injured Suns. Eric Bledsoe is out for Phoenix and they were 16-8 with him and only 5-7 without him. This time it's PHOENIX!

Orlando at Memphis 8:00 ET Grizzlies (-) over Magic- Now, this looks like and interesting spot as the Memphis Grizzlies who have dropped five straight games are such a heavy favorite. The Grizzlies are 1-7 ATS at home this year and this number seems so 'out-of-place.' When you realize that Memphis averages just 94 points per game and if they attain that level they will need to hold Orlando is 84 points or less. Dallas has struggled in back-to-back games winning one of five. Look for the Grizzlies power line to spell the difference. Take MEMPHIS!

The Warriors had dropped their previous 11 games against the Grizzlies and were in a festive mood after breaking that losing streak. Golden State has now won three of their last four but will be playing a Bobcats squad that has held 13 straight opponents under 100 points. Both clubs are missing key personnel but Charlotte will give a max effort for 48 minutes. Take BOBCATS!

Indiana at Oklahoma City 7:00 ET Thunder (-) over Pacers- The Indiana Pacers have emerged as 'the' team in the NBA with their stellar 18-2 record and have taken down the NBA's best so far including the Spurs (last time out) and Clippers while falling at Portland. Two different styles clash here as the Pacers hard-nosed defense will be up against the NBA's most explosive offense led of course by Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. Oklahoma City has won four of the last five meetings including both contests last season. The Thunder are 9-0 at home and will once again win here. Take OKLAHOMA CITY!

Dallas has won two straight on the road and is 4-0 ATS in the last 4 meetings with the Blazers and are 4-1-1 ATS in their last six in Portland. Think about this the Nets are 2-14 ATS in the last 16 meetings and 1-6 ATS in the last seven meetings in Milwaukee. Bucks in fourth contest in five days and are just 2-6 ATS at home. The Thunder have dominated this series winning the last eight and 12 of the last 13 meetings. Last year OKC won all for meetings by an average of 21.3 points and I question why with New Orleans star Anthony Davis out the Thunder are such a small favorite. The answer is Vegas opinion on a vastly improved Pelicans club. Take NEW ORLEANS!

Brooklyn is a lowly 5-12 and is coming off a rare win while the Nuggets have reeled off six straight wins. These two clubs are pretty much 'opposites' as Houston is the league leader in scoring while Utah is at the bottom. With Marc Gasol out playing without a true center will take it's toll. Memphis has won the last three meetings but these clubs (both of them) have a different make-up right now.
