Tonight the southern conference title will be played between UNC Greensboro and Wofford. Wofford had the better season and stronger non-conference schedule. In fact Wofford has won eighteen games in a row and has not lost in-conference. Meanwhile UNC Greensboro was on the ropes in both conference tournament games. They needed a big run late to get by Samford and erased a small deficit in the final minutes yesterday to beat Furman. Offensively Greensboro has to find a way to generate points. In both in-season losses to Wofford, Greensboro lost by nearly thirty points each outing. Expect Greensboro to elevate their play as they’ve been on the doorsteps before in the Southern Conference final. Grab Greensboro.
