Game Analysis

The Nebraska football program is alive and well as the Cornhuskers head to Minnesota as the #25 ranked team in the country. Nebraska is led on offense by an elite passing game that is generating 9.1ypa, and a defense that is allowing just 4.6ypp. The Cornhuskers are 5-1 and just a 3 point loss at Michigan from being 6-0. They are coming off their bye week, and their last time out beat Purdue 27-20, with the help of 4 Boilermaker turnovers. Purdue out-gained Minnesota 456-262, and was clearly was outplayed. Prior to that game Ohio St. held them to 162 total yards. Minnesota has been out-gained by all 4 Big-10 opponents this season. Nebraska gutted out their last game at Maryland as they won 34-31 despite a 3 turnover deficit. Nebraska has huge edges all over the field. I like Nebraska in this one.
